Return Policy

At F8TH Collection, every piece is created with intention, quality, and purpose. We value our customers and aim to ensure a seamless experience while protecting the integrity of our limited releases.

Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • Original hang tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Limited-edition drops or exclusive releases (if specified)

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@f8thcollection.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the item(s)

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated.

  • Store credit will be delivered via email and does not expire.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • F8TH Collection is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Limited Availability Notice

Due to the nature of limited releases, replacement items may not always be available. In such cases, approved returns will be resolved with store credit.
