ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US via USPS or UPS. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified when it launches.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately at info@f8thcollection.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, contact us within 5 days at info@f8thcollection.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
SIZING & FIT
How does sizing run?
All F8TH Collection pieces are designed to fit true to size. See our detailed size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
Should I size up or down?
- Crewneck: True to size for intended fit. Size down for a more fitted look.
- Hoodie: True to size for the intended oversized, relaxed fit. Size down if you prefer a closer fit.
- Joggers: True to size for a relaxed fit. Size up for extra room through the hips and thighs or a looser, oversized silhouette.
What if the fit isn't right?
We accept returns within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Review our full Return Policy for details.
Can you help me choose the right size?
Absolutely. Email us at info@f8thcollection.com with your height, weight, and fit preference (fitted vs. relaxed), and we'll guide you to the right size.

What materials are your products made from?
- Crewneck: 350 GSM Cotton Fleece
- Hoodie & Joggers: 100% French Terry Cotton
All pieces are built for durability, comfort, and everyday wear.
How do I care for my F8TH Collection apparel?
Hand wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low if needed, avoiding embroidered areas. Proper care ensures longevity.
Are the distressed details intentional?
Yes. The distressing on our crewneck is intentional and part of the design. Distressing will vary slightly from piece to piece as a mark of craftsmanship, not defect.
Can the Hoodie and Joggers be worn as a set?
Yes. The Hoodie and Joggers are made from the same French Terry fabric and designed to be worn together as a matching set — though they work great as standalone pieces too.
Should I wear the Crewneck with the Joggers?
The Crewneck is a different fabric (Cotton Fleece) than the Joggers (French Terry), so they're not designed as a matching set. The Crewneck pairs best with denim or other pants.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit. Review our full Return Policy for complete details.
How do I start a return?
Email info@f8thcollection.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We'll provide return instructions once approved. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for store credit and place a new order. If you need a different size, contact us before returning — we may be able to expedite the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@f8thcollection.com with your order number and photos. We'll provide a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer Shop Pay Installments, which allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Select Shop Pay at checkout.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
F8TH Collection rarely runs promotions. We believe in the value of our work and price our products accordingly. Sign up for our email list to be notified of any future offers.
Is there free shipping?
